Nationwide Voice Mail, Inc. (hereinafter "NVM") maintains physical,
electronic and managerial practices and procedures designed to ensure the
security, integrity and confidentiality of customer information. We limit and
restrict access to customer information only to those employees who need it to
carry out their business functions. We also educate our employees about
safeguarding customer information and preventing its unauthorized access,
disclosure or use. NVM's employees with access to personal information are also
bound to adhere to this policy. NVM will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new
technological improvements that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and

Customers utilizing our service are provided access numbers, account numbers and
passwords to access their account information via telephone and/or on-line.
E-mails sent to subscribers are not encrypted and have the same level of
protection as general e-mails. Customers may elect to have their personal voice
mail messages saved to their personal computers as a WAV file in which case no
additional password protection is offered. NVM gathers customer information needed to provide superior service,
communicate important information about the service or new offerings which we
believe will be of interest to you, and to administer to our business. In order
to best service you; we may gather information from you in a few instances.
When you visit our site, we may collect non-personally identifiable information
from you through the use of computer 'cookies.' A cookie is a small amount of
data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your
computer's hard drive. NVM uses non-identifying cookies to provide easier site
navigation and access to forms. You can still use the NVM sites if your browser
is set to reject cookies. Our cookies do not generate personal data, do not read
personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be

When you subscribe for service, we will ask you to voluntarily provide certain
personally identifiable information, such as; your name, address, telephone
number, e-mail addresses, billing and credit card information. We need this
information in order to fulfill your order and notify you of your account

This Privacy Policy applies to consumers that have signed up on our website. We
may sell the personal information that you supply to us and we may work with

advertisers are not intended to be viewed by children under 18 years of age. No
information collected from children is knowingly used for any marketing or
promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside NVM.
